Rag & Bone Barbershop

Rag & Bone Barbershop is an independent Edinburgh barbershop established in 2015, with multiple locations across the city. The brand combines a traditional barbershop feel with a contemporary approach to customer experience.

Project Description... Work in Progress

I designed and developed the Rag & Bone Barbershop website, creating a visual style that reflected the character of the brand while making it easy for customers to find information, explore services and book an appointment. The website incorporated an integrated booking system and Shopify product section, bringing the customer journey, services and retail offering together within a single online experience.

 

I later worked on the UX for the brand's mobile app and a second phase of the website, focusing on the customer journey and making the experience simpler and more intuitive across devices.
